Over Clocking My CPU? Help!

So I would like to OC my CPU, But can I, I have the AMD Ahlon II x4 740x, And it says Turbo to max, 3.7GHz, I would I go about turning it up (MHz) or unlocking the turbo core? Can I do it from my Motherboard, I have a Asrock FM2A55M-VG3

you go into bios and from there you can set the multiplier if you start overclocking please turn off turbo and you will need to increase voltage a tiny bit

I don't have Turbo on, So If I ramp it up from 3.2GHz to 3.5Ghz, Shell I bump the voltage up, Like 0.5v or 1v?

no what you do is to try it a stock voltage first and see what it does if it blue screens or messes up go into bios and bump it .01 and then go back and try again
