No sound coming from computer

hello guys there is no sound coming from my computer after uninstalling my graphic card when i go to the realtek menu my rear jacks are greyed out and front panel are also not working things i have done re installing drivers
almost everything but could not find the solution sorry for my bad english thank you

Try going over to the 3rd tab where it says default format and see what options it gives you. Then go into the advice device settings then check the first box in the first column, and make sure the box under that is unchecked. the same with the ones under that top box checked off bottom one left unchecked. If that doesn't work type devmgmt.msc then go to sound video and game controllers, and disable realtek and then re enable it. If you see old stuff from your old video card in there uninstall it. Then reboot
