Is a 600W PSU enough if I don't want to upgrade?

I want to know if my good quality 600W is enough for my rig (or how it will be when I add the last parts in) will consist of the following:

Motherboard: Asustek M5A97 R.20
CPU: AMD FX 8350
Graphics: Radeon 7870
Storage: one SSD and 4 HHD's + 2 external.
RAM: 8GB 1600MHz.

I'm hoping not to have to upgrade my PSU yet if I can get away with it. I don't need a new Graphics card just yet so if possible I'd like to use my current PSU for another year. Will that work with the rig I mentioned above?

A Radeon HD 7870 needs at least 23 amps on the 12v rail and a 500 watt power supply'

So if you have a decent 600 watt power suuply, it will be more than sufficient to run your specs.
