I'm about to get my New PC, I'll be playing games like BF4, NFS Rivals ect on Ultra High setting . My resolution is 1600x900 but I think I will upgrade to 1920x1080 in Future . Here are my Specs, Please review How my Build will perform and What New things I can get to make it better in same Price .

AMD FX 8320 3.5Ghz
MSI 990FXA-GD65
Corsair 8 GB 1333Mhz Ram
Sapphire R9 290 4 GB
Corsair CS750M semi-modular PSU
Corsair H60 ( Don't wanna overclock my CPU, I just want to keep it cool during Gaming )
Stock Fans that comes with NZXT Phantom 530
2 TB Western Digital Green HDD 7200

Will this Spec able to Run all Games ? I know that Graphics Card is Enough but what about Ram and Processor .

Processor is fine of course. ram is ok i would recommend 1600Mhz or greater. Rather a poor psu unit CS series i would get a better quality psu. why water cool if you dont want to overclock?. anyway this will max these games at ultra 60+fps.

there's no reason to get the h60.
at stock speed, the 8320 will never overheat... save that $60 and get an SSD instead

Either way, your machine will EASILY do 1600x900 60fps

I would call 1600mhz the lowest limit to buy ram for a gaming machine.

I would NEVER go for a single HDD anymore, you should really pick up a 128/120GB SSD for your OS. This will be much faster for booting & overall windows loadings, and the HDD's performance is 100% free for games instead of being slowed down by the OS. (trust me i went from a 2TB seagate green to 128GB SSD + 2TB HDD, it's just so much better at everything!)

And you should pick a higher quality psu with 650w instead. Here's a Tier list for PSUs:

Go for a Tier one or a Tier two Class A

not having a SSD for OS should be your #1 component you'll want to change in your build.
