Hi,

I have a msi gtx 780 twin frozr gaming and i have noticed that it quickly gets to around 80C and starts to downclock a bit. When it gets to around 80C the fan speed is about 50%.
Could there be something wrong with my card or is it just some settings?

In idle the temperature is around 34.

My specs:
CPU: Intel Core i5-4670K
MB: Gigabyte G1.Sniper Z87, Socket-1150
Mem: Corsair Vengeance DDR3 1600MHz 8GB CL9
GPU: MSI GeForce GTX 780 Gaming 3GB

Huh. Hopefully the card isn't broken at this point. Check your MSI Afterburner settings and make sure your fan speed isn't set to something like quiet mode

Idle is completely healthy. Depending on the game, 60-80 with no fans blowing directly onto the card.
