i dont know which psu i should get
here are my components (good one) but also a little cheap if it can be :) 

here are the stats of my computer http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3plzy is there a network thingy in so i can go on the internet or do i need one ??? if i do need one link one a cheap and good one :)

also you are over spending for what you are building. Are you using multiple monitors? just get a 212 evo not that h80

EDIT: yes its enough power you rig is only using about 450w i selected that one because it gives you overhead and is of high quality.

because you will get roughly the same cooling from a evo for less than half the price. if you really want a good CPU cooler get a noctua. it will be cheaper still and blow that think out of the water.
