Specs:
ASUS P8P67
Corsiar Vengence 4G x 2
Intel i5 2500K (Overclocked)

I built this rig nearly a year ago, no issues. Then it wouldn't boot. During boot, fans spin up, DRAM_LED light will come on red, flash twice, then no power. Bought a new PSU because the old one was supplying just enough power, still no help. Swapped out memory from another machine to test, same issue. Reseated everything (with the exception of the CPU), including the MB, blew everything off to clean, reseated, attempted to start without any peripherals, same issue. Plugged all drives and video card back in, same issue. Tried MEM Test, powers off and doesn't come back on. Reset CMOS, same issue. I cannot believe (or simply don't want to) it would be the MB. It's only about a year old, and I have a second one running in another rig without issue. Any suggestions would be very welcome.

take your motherboard out of the cabinet. Place on wooden table, connect your peripherals and psu. Turn on now. If it boots up, you are all good and if not, try MemOK! button by pressing it for 3-5secs.

Have you tried reseating the DRAM? I had an issue with my new build that the Dram light was on and reseated it, and it worked
