Budget PC For Gaming/3dModeling/Programing

Hey guys. Since i saw people know how stuff works here and all are good i would like to know what would you suggest me to pick up for gaming(when i mean gaming like getting the max of my games :D )/3dmodeling/programming in the range of
2000-2500$
I wan't to get max of the money not even a single penny left ^^. Would relaly appreciate it thank you!

I live in Bulgaria ussualy and i use BGN so i converted how much i have into US dollars ^^.No i dont need a monitour or keyboard or OS.And aswell im using a pretty high resolution one 31 inch i believe ^^.

Cheers and good luck. I hope you can find those at reset/most computers or something. Or even jar computers. Rem member due to taxes, some parts are cheaper, some parts are more expensive.
