Which one is the better choice, they cost about the same, I will oc.I will be using a coolermaster 212 hyper cpu cooler. I won't be upgrading in the next 3 years.

If the cost is about the same then it makes sense to go with the newer CPU and Motherboard.

The Haswell chip is a tad bit faster, and has the new low-power state for sleep. It would be better to go with the newer Haswell chip.
