Looking for a good GPU to go with fx 6300

if you are in US, Radeon 270X = $200, GTX 760 = $230
both are the most popular gpu paired with fx 6300
between your options, i vote gtx 750 ti because of its newer gen, less power. the difference in FPS isnt noticeable
edit : you cant run gtx 660 with 420w PSU, afaik, that psu isnt certified (so that it isnt true 420W)
only 750 ti can run on low power psu like that

The GTX 750 Ti is cheaper and uses much less power, but the GTX 660 is faster. Perhaps you should wait around for the GTX 860, but that may not arrive until early next year. If you want performance and could care less about power usage, then get the GTX 660.

The 660 is definitely faster, and the increase in power is definitely noticeable.
That said, like what was mentioned earlier, is I've not seen a 420w PSU before, so it is most likely of poor quality. The 750 Ti would be a much safer choice, as it will not use nearly as much power as the 660 will.
