I am currently trying to fix my computer and it won't turn on. What happens is, it turns on for about 20 seconds, when the MotherBoard runs through all the LED lights, its reaches the CPU light, turns red then shuts off. I just bought a new CPU and had my MB sent back under warranty. Ive tried to start it by taking 1 RAM stick out then both, I've tried one different one. I also tried to start it without the Video Card. I do not know what the problem is. I have not tried a new PSU though so any thoughts or help please?

It appears the BIOS is telling you the CPU is bad. Why do you suspect otherwise?
