Kingston HyperX Fury lazy timings fix?

I am going to get some ram for my new build, but the timings at 1600mhz is bad(cl10).
I was wondering, would it make a difference(in gaming), and if so, would i be able to get lower timings on asrock h87 fatal1ty performance motherboard?

Might yes, if they are 1.5 sticks, try the timings at 9-9-9-26 and raise the DRAM voltage to 1.575

do you know if i can do it using a xeon e3 1230 v3 and that excact motherboard? And does the xeon support more than 1.5 volt ram?

I believe so, can check the mobos CPU support list on their website, and the DRAM voltage will be fine

I have already checked the support page. really doesnt tell much about what i want to know :/

So -
I will be able to safely have higher than stock volts on ram, and i will be able to "overclock" the ram timings? Did i get anything wrong?
