Best Liquid Cooler Under $100

I have a fractal design R4, so I'd prefer a single 120 or 140mm radiator (I can handle a dual radiator but I would have to remove some of the sound proofing and I'm not keen on that). I know that the H80i is a great cooler, but it is $110 for me to buy and about another $40 to ship. I want something under $100. I currently have the noctua NH-D14 so I'd like an improvement, but a quiet improvement.

I got the h100 refurbished from newegg. It $47. Works great.

No single rad aio is going to give you any improvement over the nh-d14, you definitely need to move up to a dual rad aio.

There are a few 1x120mm and 1x140mm Rads that will be a little cooler than an NH-D14, but they will not be quiet.

Zalman LQ 315 or 320
Corsair H80i
NZXT x40

The performance gap is so small though, it is not worth the extra money over an NH-D14.

What I would suggest is to wait until something like an H100, H100i (2x120mm), NZXT x60 or H110 (2x140mm) go on sale.

Of those mentioned, the H110 is my favorite. It offers excellent performance and has fairly quiet stock fans. I recently picked one up for $109 with free shipping thanks to a great Newegg sale. I would wait for something similar if you can. Anything less isn't going to be worth it IMO.
