I want to be able to use two graphics cards with my current system, so I have chosen to upgrade my motherboard to one which supports SLI.
This is my old Motherboard
(http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c03353629&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en(

And I am upgrading to this motherboard.

I know how to install the new motherboard physically, but since I have never upgraded more than my GPU, PSU, and Case, I need some help with the software upgrades. I already known that I need to uninstall the drivers for my Integrated Audio and Wifi Adapter first, but what else do i need to do to keep all the information on my Drive and not have to reinstall Windows? Hopefully the process will be simpler since I am keeping the same Memory type, CPU socket, and brand overall.

Current Necessary Information
GPU- EVGA SC GTX 760 2GB ACX Cooler
CPU- AMD FX 6350 6-Core
Audio- Integrated IDT 92HD89E Audio
LAN- Integrated RTL8171EH-CG Gigabit Ethernet Controller

"but what else do i need to do to keep all the information on my Drive and not have to reinstall Windows?"

Re-installing Windows after motherboard change is usually unavoidable as existing installation won't run properly, frequent errors will be encountered etc etc.

The existing Product ID in the Registry will be invalid after the motherboard is changed. Windows Setup therefore has to write a new Product ID to the Registry based on the new motherboard and it can only do that during the Windows installation process.

What if I do not possess the install disk for the OS I currently have? My OS came pre-installed on the pre-built computer I bought before I rebuilt it with better parts, but with the same drive, as I didn't see any need to wipe a perfectly fine OS.

Just like explained above, it just wouldn't work properly. And that windows installation won't be valid anymore if you change the whole PC, that's an OEM license key only valid for the PC it came with. So you basically can't re-use that windows installation.
