I think your terminoloy may be off here...
Twisted pair in wires just signifies that the wires inside the cabling are twisted together in sets of 2.
All you need to do is connect your internet to your modem, then connect an ethernet cable between the modem to the appropriate port on the router and BAM! WiFi.

I have a simple cable broadband rj45 connector and twisted pair (color White cable). So I want convert this simple cable broaband into a WiFi hotspot for my New Nexus 7 2nd Generation and I also need to connect to Wifi in mobile phones so how should I do it ?
