If you plan to SLI in the future then you would need 750w otherwise 550-650 is a good number. Here are some good alternatives to the PSU you have, much better quality:

Power Supply: XFX 750W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply ($74.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $74.99

Power Supply: Antec HCG M 750W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-Modular ATX Power Supply ($94.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $94.99

Power Supply: XFX ProSeries 750W 80+ Gold Certified Fully-Modular ATX Power Supply ($99.99 @ NCIX US)
Total: $99.99

The last one is a really good deal, It is the one I would pick.

If you only plan on having one card then the xfx 550w or 650w run for about $60-70 (XFX is made by seasonic so they are really good quality, the antec HCG line is also seasonic fyi)

Will I need a CPU cooler (such as a coolermaster) if I don't plan on overclocking? Also I have a 750W PSU now thanks for that advise. :)

I think that the stock cooler will do fine for the i5. I personally think your motherboard is a little pricy as well as your ram and the dvd drive. You can get by with a little cheaper parts in that regard unless overclocking.

What motherboard would you suggest?
