Hello,

I have a gaming PC with has the CoolerMaster Elite 430 case , I have the AMD FX 8350 and its stock fan but want to upgrade from the stock as it is too loud. I want to upgrade to the Hyper212 evo as I have heard it is very good.

http://www.coolermaster.com/case/mid-tower/elite-430-black/

I checked on coolermaster's website and it says by the side pannel that it can fit a 120mm fan which is what the Hyper 212 evo is but I am worried that I won't have enough room as I think my graphics card will be in the way. I have the XFX R9 280x which is a very large graphics card (good but large). I have a budget of £30-£40 and want something silent or at least quiet.

I will be opening my case up in a few days but want to see on here as well. Also don't recommend water cooling , I know it is good but my dad isn't a fan of water cooling and therefore I won't get one just incase anything did go wrong.

Yes, it will definitely fit, you have a mid tower case, so it is plenty wide enough. The 120mm means that you can use a 120mm case fan, it doesn't affect the cpu cooler. Also, the GPU is far enough away from the cpu that it won't get in the way.
