The i5-4670k is the best i5 (performance/$ wise). Here is a build with the i5 and a motherboard that supports it:

CPU Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler (£25.45 @ Scan.co.uk)
Motherboard: Asus Z87-A ATX LGA1150 Motherboard (£103.04 @ Scan.co.uk)

What is your budget?

Couple of things:
CPU: Mostly people go for the fx 6300 or the fx 8320, the performance difference between the 6300 and the 6350 is not really worth the price increase
RAM: 8gb is more than enough for gaming, most games are barely using 6gb now with a rare few using more than 6
PSU: 450w is cutting it close for power needs and limits your future upgrades. I recommend 550w. Also I don't like the corsair cx models, they use chinese capacitors in the cx series and have a higher likelyhood of failure at high loads.

If you give a budget someone will put together a decent build for your needs.

Are you located in the US or another country? Part prices are different for different locations.

I live in England...i thought off 16GB Ram is because my girlfriend loves the Sims...with all the expansion packs thought 16GB would be enough...my budget is between £800 - £900...

If you really want 16gb ram that would be easy to get in your budget but it is not needed.
Also, at this budget you could get an i5

i5 4670k if you're just gaming AND you want to overclock.
i5 4570 or i5 4670 if you're just gaming but do not wish to overclock.

You can get an i7 as well, but only if you're into rendering and more multi-threaded stuff.

Major difference between the fx 8320 and i5:

i5 - More powerful per core performance, 4 cores

fx-8320 - 8 cores, less power per core

Games in the past year have not utilized more than 4 cores so the i5 gives better performance on those games but if games that utilize 6 or 8 cores start coming out then we may see some changes to that. Both are great performers for gaming and for many people it is just a personal preference. I prefer the i5 route but have no problems with the fx-8320s.
