Which monitor should I pair with my 780Ti?

As my title suggests - I'm in a bit of a toss-up on which monitor to pull the trigger on. (I'm aiming for ASUS)
VG248QE vs. PB278Q vs. PG278Q

The parts I currently have on the way to me can be found here: Parts List.

The reason I'm having such difficulty deciding is I have been really excited for the PG278Q to be released and really like what it has to offer. Besides that I think that the overall look of the monitor is wonderful (but that's simply preference). On top of that - I'm a fan boy of a thin bezel.

I'm not a fan of monitor's that breach the 27" size - which is why I haven't considered any 30" options.

Upon reading every review I could possibly find on these monitors people suggest differing choices depending upon your gaming preferences (FPS - MMO - RPG), but the problem is that I play all of those styles. I plan to begin with ESO, BF4, and DayZ, but I know that I'll be playing just about every other style of game out there.

I am also open to other suggestions rather than the 3 listed here - I would like to stick with ASUS.
Also, I had saved up enough for the PG278Q and wound up saving quite a bit on my build overall, so at this point in time price isn't really a concern.

Does anybody have any suggestions/recommendation based upon things they've read or from experience?

Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I highly recommend a 2560x1440 monitor, the 27" size fits that resolution perfectly. Unlike a 27" 1080p screen which looks bloated that resolution really shines. The one that has not come out yet looks really nice, it blends the high refresh rate and response time that you want with fps games and the color and beauty you want in an RPG. The 1080p screen would be good if you are a competitive fps player, otherwise the first 1440p screen you listed would probably work fine for you for all genre of games.

I use a Korean Qnix 1440p overclocked to 96Hz and although it has a 6ms response time I don't see any affect on my fps gaming ability (although I have never used a super low response time monitor before) If you have the money and you...

I have the PB278Q and love it, I don't have any problems with the refresh rate or response times, so I personally wouldn't spend the extra money for the PG278Q, but it's really just personal preference. The monitor is the one thing on a computer where looks matter more than anything else, so if you like the PG278Q better and have the extra money to spend, I don't see why not.
