psu calculator is broken so I cant calculate the wattage...

what do you think?
will 350W psu be a good choice for a system using intel pentium (haswell) cpu, 2x2GB ram 1600, gtx 750 (not Ti), ODD, 1-2 hard drives...

I think its enough, but best to consult right? Also what about the aging factor of the psu, will 350W do?

it will be enough.

Since the GPU draws the most power compared to any other single component, that's what determines the required output wattage of the PSU. Manufacturers recommendation for the GTX 750 is 300w, so your 350w one should be okay depending on it's quality and age.

thanks for browsing for me ;)  appreciate it... oh how I wish I could just teleport items from america... such cheap prices...
I'm in europe... I have options here between corsair VS350, VS450 and CX430

CX kinda pushes its own price, but if I understand correctly, only CX is 80+ bronze... the VS isnt certified?

The VS is horrid quality. The CX isn't the best, either, but for the build you're looking at will be perfectly fine.

VS uses cheaper chinese components in it i dont recommend it. a CX would do better than a VS.

The difference between a normal power supply and an 80+ platinum power usage at the level you're talking about will be a difference in maybe $0.05 a month, and that's a liberal estimate.

That said, 80+ rating is generally a good first-indicator to look at, as it usually means higher quality parts went in to it. That said, something like the Corsair RM750 (which is 80+ gold) is a much worse power supply in comparison to something like the SeaSonic S12 (which is 80+ bronze). So don't take 80+ rating as the decision maker lol

Again, for what you're looking at, the CX430 will do you perfectly fine :)

Just so we're clear, the CX uses almost identical cheap Chinese capacitors, it's just built, as a whole, a little bit better.
