Should I buy a hyper 212 or just wait and buy a 240 rad?

In a couple of weeks I'm going to order my first decent pc. And I want to OC. But should I get a 212 right away or wait to get a 240 rad? (case is compatible, cpu will be the 8320)

or wait and buy a noctua nh14

If you want to do more than a mild overclock, you should get a 240mm rad or a high end air cooler like the nh-d14. If you're only overclocking a little, then the hyper 212 evo is fine.

The noctua is better for the price, and for noise. Its only disadvantage is that it's really heavy, so if you transport your pc a lot, it could cause problems for your motherboard.

the price performance ratio very high for the hyper 212, medium for a phanteks/noctua, and low for any true water cooling setup. but if very high over clocks is the goal, nothing will come close to the performance of a good 240 rad and a d5 style pump.
