That said, those are all quite outdated and slow at this point; you'd be well served to pick up an inexpensive newer board on FM2 or AM3+, depending on what you're using this for... I don't think you'll be happy with an Athlon x2 for modern gaming to be honest.

You won't find many AGP boards out there any more, all will be used and it won't necessarily mean an upgrade from what you have. If you get a new motherboard and cpu, it will come with pci-e so you'll have to get a new card. What is your budget to spend? Might be able to put something together that would be better than what you have.
