So I managed to install the motherboard, power supply ans the liquid cooling to my case. Took the fancy covers off my memory ram sticks cause they would stick out high and be in the way of the liquid cooling unit.
Please take a look at the pictures. did I install the liquid cooling right?

I am at the stage where I have no idea where to plug stuff.
See the picture with 3 plugs I am holding that is coming from the liquid cooling. where do I plug those?

The 3 and 4 pin connectors in the last picture are fan headers. For the one(s) coming off the CPU cooler, plug the fan wires into the CPU_FAN header, and plug the wires coming from the cooler pump into the CPU_OPT header. The other(s) just get plugged into the headers labeled either SYS_FAN or CHA_FAN.

It looks like your CPU fans aren't attached to a splitter. Therefore, just plug one into the CPU_FAN header, and the other into CPU_OPT, and plug the pump into any 3 or 4 pin SYS or CHA_FAN you can find.

Ok so those are Fan Connectors. The two with the 4 Pins should go in the slots with 4 Pins on the motherboard. One should go into the Pin header named CPU FAN. You want to plug the one that power the Water Cooler Pump inot this one. Then the other 4 pin into another one (There should be CPU1 and CPU2. A lot of them have it if not its not a big deal. The then 3 Pin one can plug into any other Fan Header even a 4 Pin one.

The way the Fans work. 2 Pin fans are power only so the fan runs at max all the time. A 3 Pin is a fan with power and a cable to show the RPM of the fan. but it runs at max all the time. 4 Pin fans are the same as 3 But the 4th wire allows the motherboard to adjust the speed of the fan. So if the CPU is running cool it or what ever it is connected to it slows the fan down. If it gets hotter it speeds them up.

its impossible to find thm on the motherobard. I have the asus extreme.
can you show me where?

That's about as simple as I can make it lol

One of those is coming out of the circle thing you clamped onto the CPU. This powers the pump. Plug this into the fan header (has 3 or 4 pins sticking out of the motherboard, labeled SYS_FAN1 or CHA_FAN1) Look at the motherboard manual if you need help finding these.

The other two are coming out of the fans. You want to plug these ones into the CPU_FAN and CPU_OPT headers (again, 4-pin plugs sticking out of the motherboard)

Ok plug the one that goes to the Water pump into the 4 Pin header thats between the heatsink above the CPU and the White Tabs of the Memory at the top. CPU_OPT

Then above that is CPU_FAN the fan to the Radaitor goes there. Then to the right of that plug in the 3 Pin fan header. They are all at the top right above and next to the top of the memory

The cable thats coming from round component thats attached to the motherboard is a 3 insert/female cable. attach that to the 4 pin CPU OPT?

The other two cables are 4/insert slot female cables. you want me to plug them to CPU Fan and CHA FAN 2?
Which one to which?

And then all those other cables are just sitting there. could you help me with these?

Hahaha bit off a little more than you can Chew eh? haha

Ok i'll see what i can do.

1) Those are the power Cables. You have 5-6 different kind of conenctors.

1) 24 Pin connector. This is the main power to the motherboard. The connector is to the right of the CPU. It may have a 2x2 peice that slide on one end to make it a 24 pin. They do this because some older PC only need 20 pin.

2) Then is the 12V CPU. This would be a 2x4 (8 Pin 12V) which splits in half to form a two 2x2's (Two 4 Pins). This goes in the 2x4 connector at the top of the Motherboard to the upper left of the CPU.

2) You have the Video card PCIe power. These are either a 2x3 or a 2x4 where the last two can be detached to make either a 2x3 or a 2x4 (6 pin and 8 pin) IF you don't have a video card then don't worry about these.

3) Sata Power. These are Thing wide ones. They plug into the SATA devices like your SSD for power.

4) 4 Pin Molex - These are for legacy devices. Older Hard drives (IDE which you can't use on this motherboard anyways). They are also used for adapters to power Fans as well.

5) 4 Pin Floppy Connector. These are small (Looks similar to the 4 Pin Fan connectors you just dealt with.

2) The asus monitor not sure. Can i get a model number on it?

3 And 4 are more Fans. You have 3 more fan connectors on your motherboard. Two right above the top move PCIe Slot (The Red one) right below the Vertical Heat sink. you can plug two in here. The 3rd is at the very bottom where the USB goes. Its right next to a black button. Doesn't matter which fan you plug where.

5) Is USB and Audio. At the bottom there should be two sets of pins with Plastic around them labled USB. Does matter which one you plug them into. The audio is at the bottom of the far left side. These only go in one way. Then it looks like you have a USB for USB 3.0 which you don't have a header for so don't worry about that for now.

6) Is another fan connector.

Do I put them in the 8 insert or put 4 pins in 4 of the 8 insert and 4 in the next 4 insert next to it?
The shapes dont match if I put them all together in the 8 insert
