I want to know what the best configuration with a 250D and arctic freezer i11 would be. Would a 140mm intake and 120mm side exhaust be sufficient? Which way should the cooler face?
Thanks in advance.

It's not really designed for air cooling, so anything you do is sorta improvised.
I think part of it depends on which motherboard you are using. On some motherboards, you'll end up with a lot of cables getting in the way of the side fans which sit alongside the motherboard, which won't do a lot for efficiency.
If however, that section is clear, then you are probably best pointing the CPU cooler to the side so that it lines up (as best as possible) with the exhaust fan.

You can add rear exhaust fans, but I don't think it's likely to be necessary.
unless you are overclocking or running pretty hefty hardware then a single 140 input and single 120 output should be fine. if you are running high end hardware perhaps throw an extra fan in there.

in that arrangement it might be beneficial to have the exhaust of the cpu cooler pointed towards the 120mm exhaust. i'm not sure if you will have ram clearance issues though with that cooler.

if you do have clearance issues i would point it out the back of the case and put a fan back there to assist with exhausting the hot air.
