Hello,
My problem is that my CD rom is not working. it wont read CDs. When you open the tray and it reaches the max opening point it closes instantly. when you click the CD ROM in the my Computer, Windows Explorer wont respond. It also happens when you click the CD ROM in the device manager. IM a Noob on computers please help.
