i5 3570k Overclocking

Hey guys, I have never overclocked anything in my life haha..so I am here seeking help! First off, here are my specs:

CPU: i5-3570K @3.40GHz

RAM: Corsair XMS 3 16gb 1600Mhz

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 FTW Edition

MOBO: Asus P8Z77-V LE PLUS

Power Supply: Corsair TX650M

COOLING: Antec Kuhler h2o 620

CASE: Raidmax Super Aeolus

To overclock, I downloaded the Intel Extreme Tuning Utility, I've heard it's easy to change the multipliers and to stress test in. Though mainly is, what is the highest I can overclock to SAFELY with the cooling I have? I really don't want to mess around with voltage since I have no idea what to do. Also when I try different multipliers how long should I stress test? 5 minutes? 10 minutes? Also overclocking the CPU, will I notice any difference really?

So long story short...

-What is the safest I can overclock to without really or at all messing with voltage?
-What are safe temperatures?
-Big difference in overclocking?
-Should I overclock?
-Etc...

Normally you can get a stable 4.2ghz, set 42X on the multiplier and 1.22v on the core

Well, I really don't want to mess with voltage if it's not needed. I think right now its stock voltage (1.128 I think). I'm sitting at 4.00 GHz right now. I ran a benchmark and so far the highest temperature was 69C (Used Intel Extreme Tuning Utility to Benchmark). What do you guys recommend to do as my next step? Leave it at 4.00? Go higher? Or go back to stock? I really don't know much about what I'm doing :-/

If you have it at 4ghz stable you should keep it like that.

Temperatures I'm having are ok? While doing the stress the highest it got was 69, whats normal for a 4.00 overclock with my cooler?

anything below 70c is good all chips temps vary
