I am looking to build my first PC soon based of the AMD FX 6300. So far, my budget for graphics cards is about $150-175, but if I only buy 4gb of RAM, I can go up to $200. Right now the two major cards I am looking at are the MSI r9 270 TF (w/ only 4gb RAM due to price) and the Sapphire r7 265 (with 8gb RAM). Which of these cards would you recommend? Or is there a cheaper card (say the MSI gtx 750/750ti TF, or the Radeon r7 250x) that would be able to play 1366x768 games on high settings. I really don't want to spend a ton of money, but I want to make sure that I can play all the BF4 I want without lag or bad quality.

That psu is certified to 80plus but made by Great Wall - that's why its cheap. Review - http://www.techpowerup.com/reviews/Corsair/CS650M/11.html
RM's are better.
The R7 265 needs 400W for the pc. The R9 270 needs 450W. So your psu can easily run both and later run them in crossfire if you want.

A GTX760 needs 30a on the 12v rail and 500W for the pc.

You should pick the best performin card that you can afford. What's your budget, Where do you want to buy? And does it matter to you whetther its and AMD or nVidia card?

What about the GTX 750? Would the performance be good enough to play BF4 etc. at high settings?
