I personally prefer the R4, in my opinion it looks classier and the materials are of better quality, plus it supports 140mm fans on the front and rear of the case which the Ghost does not. Either way, both are solid choices for a silent build, in the end it comes down to which case you like the look of more.
At the price Blackbird found the R4, it would be my choice.
