I feel like my i5 4670 is not performing to the max. I just played Leauge Of Legends with a max of 140 fps on maxed settings. My GPU is a GTX 760 OC. My brother gets over 300 frames on max on leauge of legends. He has an i5 3550 and GTX 650 ti So I want to make sure I downloaded all my drivers correctly or if I forgot to download some.
