in addition to the question above how dependable is its home center software?
as it offers updates to everything if not all stuff that needs updated (vid cards,CPU drivers, mobo, audio etc)
and is it really a good idea to just leave it to the "OC genie" the overclocking thing?
I mean yes it does overclock it (from what I have read) but put high voltages for low overclocks (which from what I understand is NOT a good thing for the long run)
and what about the afterburn software (vid card overclocking)?
is it a good idea to leave it to that software to "automate" the overclocking process?
and to answer the burning question most likely is NO I'm not overclocking (for now) as I have a stock intel cooler on my processor
any explanation would be appreciated
My current machine specs
Intel i5 4670K
MSI Z87 MPOWER MAX
Corsair Vengeance (2x8) 1600Mhz
Corsair Carbide 300R
Corsair AX 760 PSU (yes this is the seasonic one so from what I know this qualifies as top class PSU)
MSI TwinFrozr Edition 7970
Samsung PRO 128GB
Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 3TB Harddrive
