i have G41CEl2 motherboard so when i start my desktop computer then it is show me the message Max TDP Thermal Design Power of cpu is 95W(over) prepare to shut down in 10 seconds so please can you tell me how to solve this problem guide me properly

yes i upgrade my cpu i am change my motherboard in last year and now my processor fan is not working properly so i am change this fan and attach a new fan then my pc is working properly for one day but now a days cpu is not working properly and sometimes it show message No Signal and sometimes it show TDP error so please sir tell the solution of this problem and guide me properly
