hello chums. i just wanted to hear some opinions on what i was thinking. im wondering if any of u would recommend i get a newer PSU to go with my newer system. i currently have a Tagan BZ 900w power supply powering my system. it may be a little overkill for what im running but i got a good deal on it years ago and have been running on it ever since. the psu is from around 2008-2009 and was advertised as being "one of the newer 80plus models" at the time it was released. it originally sold for around $270 but iwas able to get it for much less, and the reviews on it were actually quite good. it seems to be stable as my current computer and the build before that never crashed, froze, bsod'ed or even hung. it seems to be stable as a rock. should i think about getting something newer/am i at risk if i keep rolling on a psu from 6 years ago when my current build is much newer? what would u do if u were in my position?
