Which thermal compound to use

My mobo die on me and I have to ship it to MSI to get a replacement, but I have to remove my heatsink and cpu from the mobo, I have to clean the old thermal compound, now I have to order a new thermal compound, and I would like to know which of these would be better.

Arctic Silver High Density would be the best choice of the two and theres more to be used and things to be done and places to go

Its a bit more expensive, but ive had better temps with this vs the artic silver 5

I can second for the diamond, it's some pretty good stuff. I got a 4 gram package for like 7$ on EBay. Got it a year ago, I've done like 6 computers so far and still have a lot left. I've used it on my video cards too and had good results. I have Formula 6, not sure if they're still on that or not, but it's a good option.
