Is it Worth to upgrade from e7300 to g2020

I have Intel Core 2 Duo 7300 ocd to 3.1 ghz with 4gb ddr2 ram and gtx 650 in pci express 1.0 slot. I was Thinking of upgrading to a G2020 with a h61 motheborad and 4*2=8 gb of ddr3 1333mhz ram.

Will i see any Performance increase in gaming as h61 have pci express 3.0 and ddr3 ram?

I am on a tight budget now in the future i might get a i5 or i7...:D

Can i Run upcoming Watch Dogs And Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor with the upgrade?
Will be running at 720p low to medium settings.
