Hope you had a good day.It's about to get better (Joking).
Anyways , thanks for stumbling here.
So..I want to assemble/upgrade my existing pc.
Specs :
CPU : AMD Athlon X3 445
Ram : 4 GB (1333 Mhz)
GPU : Nvidia Gefore Gt 520
Motherboard : Gigabyte M68MT-S2P (3.1)
PSU : 450 W

Yes. It doesn't seem appealing. But it served me well.Okay, carrying on.
What my plan is :
1.Buy AMD FX 6300 CPU.
My doubt : FX 6300 is AM3+ socket , right ? True.
But , I searched the compatibility of my motherboard to the CPU. Couldn't find it. Some sites say it works..Some don't. Both were AM3+ things. Will Fx 6300 be compatible to my Mobo?

2. Buy Nvidia 750 TI 2GB.
No problems here. Because , it compliments my PSU.
3.Buy 4GB Ram.
No problem here too.
It's like this , my budget is like 20k ( In Rupees).
FX 6300 - 7k
GPU - 11k
Ram- 3k..
(Yeah it crossed the limit , but hey....I'm giving away my old ones..so they better give me some discount B| ) xD
If the FX6300-M68MT S2P works , then this would work out.
If not , I have to buy a new motherboard , costing 5 k more T_T
Note : While going through the Gigabyte site , I noticed a red-colored-font stating
"To enable AM3+ AMD FX-Series CPU support, please update your motherboard with the most current BIOS found in your motherboard’s download section." ( I won't mind toying with the BIOS , yeah , just for saving 4k).
