Looking for low budget graphics card.

Hello, I have a Dell Vostro 200, mini tower. I am looking to upgrade the graphics card but I am unsure about compatibility with the motherboard and such. I am also wanting some recommendations on which one would give me the best performance for the price I want. I would like stay around $70 and not go much beyond that.

Thanks for the reply. I thought my PSU was 300W and that GPU requires atleast 400W. Am I wrong about this?
