Looking for specific motherboard

I am interesting in building a custom PC for a HTPC or even a Car PC. So I definitely want something small (Mini-ITX or smaller if you guys suggest). I don't need much RAM (so only 1 slot). But most importantly, for cosmetics mostly, I would like no Keyboard or Mouse ports. I think only 1 DVI and a few USB 2.0 is all I need for a Car PC. Newegg doesn't have it. So I started wondering if mobo makers even make stuff like this.

I know it feels very picky, but I don't want a Micro-ATX nor do I want to work with an Arduino. I need something powerful enough to test if I can run Windows 8 tiles on a Car PC. Price range lower than $100 for the mobo, but supply/demand may force me to consider my options.

Any ideas? Hints or clue?

My skill-level with computer building has been a few upgrades here and there and only 1 full PC build. I'm looking to expand.

You can get ITX motherboards on eBay. I could recommend an exact one if you let me know your needs. Would a first generation core 2 duo be good enough? If so, I can point you to one for under $20.
