Hello, my computer has been acting very odd lately. A week or 2 ago I just replaced my harddrive due to having bad sectors but now when I play League of Legends or surf the internet all programs stop responding for 30-60 seconds all at the same time. During this time I can't open task manager but I can move my cursor and alt tab but it doesn't do anything during this time. I can post my specs if you are interested. This is really frustrating at time and hoping to find a remedy, thanks!

Have you tried it in safe mode, if OK there may be a driver or something loading at start up
