best liquid cooling for FX8350

DO I NEED WATER COOLING TO GET FX8350 TO RUN STABLE AT 4.6 ?
m5a99fx pro r2.0
fx8350
sapphire 7870
xfx 850s pro psu
32gb corsair 1600 ram
windows 8.1 pro.
primarily for gaming but do a fair amount of video rendering.
any other thoughts to improve greatfully welcome.

Corsair H100i will be enough for fx 8350.

The H100i is not recommended for a expandable AIO. The CoolerMaster Glacer 240L is a expandable AIO, the pump can handle 2 or more blocks, the 240 rad is on the thin side, you'll need lot of air flow or a larger rad (thicker or 360)

I have a 240l with a bay res, cpu and gpu EK blocks cooled with a BLACK ICE 240 rad. Make sure what ever 290x you buy that a block is available for it.

I have an 8350 that runs at 4.6 no problem with a hyper 212 on a asus sabertooth 990fx I ran 4.8 on it STABLE with a h80i
