Looking at the 3 cards mentioned by octaneurpc and the fact that you're purchasing a card in India, I suggest you increase your budget to Rs. 20000. Flipkart will give you all the 3 cards he mentioned for not less that 19000 bucks.
Local stores may sell for 5-15% less.
I don't know about how those cards will suffice for your field but at 15000 you won't be able to get any of them, at least the 2GB versions.

660 for 13000? :O. Well this is what I get for bluntly assuming...R9 and 7850 shouldn't be below 15000 now or I'm making an ass of myself. Anyways now I think Karthik should be fine with the 660, if it is costing 13k. I checked, and I was checking the 4GB cards[Super embarrassed]....you will get all 3 for under 16k.
