I'm not sure I understand your question...

That card is a PCIe graphics card (that's the name of the long connector on the bottom of the card that plugs into your PC).

On the back it has DVI-D (the plug that sticks out), HDMI and Display Port sockets to allow it to connect to different types of monitors.

If you're screen doesn't use one of the above connections you might need an adaptor e.g. a DVI-VGA adaptor would allow you to connect an old VGA type screen to the card.

i mean that, where can i find port for connecting my card wtih my power supply?cause i cant connect my card with power supply wihtout the port for my pci express cable from my psu right?

Yes, that card is powered only from the slot of the motherboard. Plug the card into the machine, plug your monitor into the card and you should be good to go.

As a side note- make sure you turn the power off at the socket to your computer when you install the card (but leave it plugged in to give you earth protection). If you leave the power on to your psu there will still be power to the motherboard and it's possible to cause damage to the graphics card.
