Hey everyone, I am new to this forum. I recently had my Gaming PC by CyberPower infected by a virus, it has wrecked steam files, registry, the system speed among other things. I have a recovery disk for windows 8 and the winows 8 code on the side of the case. How do i go about wiping and restarting my hard drive. BTW my registry error i began having to start with was rundll error jFDb.dll cannot find module. or something along those lines. Thanks for any help.

pop the disk in, restart the computer in your bios make sure you have the cd drive as the first in line on your boot options, run the disk and there should be an option to recover to a previous save (which would most likely be when it was first installed) so it would be like when you first got it.
