I have 3 of the 2TB Seagate Barracudas working in a 24/7 server for the last 15 months and have been nothing but impressed by their speed, low noise, and cool performance.
If this were a WD Black vs. Seagate Barracuda I could maybe see some consideration to this question, but I wouldn't even consider a similar capacity Blue.
