Honestly, just get a USB Walmart Logitech for $11. ANY non-mechanical board feels exactly the same. No point to waste money on a "gaming" model.
If the manufacturer doesn't mention it, it's unlikely to be mentioned anywhere else.
As far as full KRO capability is concerned (NKRO), PS/2 keyboards are more likely to have it rather than USB ones.

So if your PC doesn't have PS/2 input, you'll be struggling to find a keyboard with full KRO.
