PSU wattage requirement is influenced primarily by the graphics card as it's by far the "hungriest" single component where power consumption is concerned.

GeForce recommends minimum 450w PSU for the GTX 660, but I always prefer to go above the minimum just to be sure and to avoid havng the PSU working at or near it's maximum capability which is a recipe for a short lifespan.

Can't advise on Zotac as I've never used that brand.

The Nvidia website says you should be able to use it. the minimum is 24A and a 450W. Other charts and websites say that the 660 under load needs 300W and a fx-6300 under load needs 230W only at 3.5 Ghz. That equals 530W under load. I would get a 550W or 600W
