3.2 GHz Intel Core i5-4570 Haswell CPU
8GB DDR3 SDRAM
1TB 7200rpm Hard Drive
NVIDIA GeForce GTX650 Graphics Card
Windows 8.1 (64-bit)
Power Supply: 350W

Those are the specs (copied them) from the computer I just got. It's a Cyberpowerpc gxi620. I know I need to change the wattage out, but I just blew all my money on this and I'm wondering if its safe to play games on this computer until I can buy the new supply next week. It would be games that aren't very graphic intensive like team fortress 2 and league of legends. I just don't want to risk damaging my computer. Thanks for any help!

I don't think you'd damage anything other than the PSU itself, that doesn't look like a very power hungry set up.

My advice- load up a game and see what happens. If the PSU can't handle it the machine will crash but in my experience nothing more dramatic will happen. I think looking at the specs though that you'll get away with it.

The wattage is fine in theory. Where the problem lies is with the PSU's actual quality.

gtx650
System in IDLE = 134W
System Wattage with GPU in FULL LOAD = 194W

i5 4750
System in IDLE = 35W
System Wattage with CPU in FULL LOAD = 84W.

TOTAL:278W/23A

You cannot just add those two since you end up counting PSU losses, HDD/SSD, RAM, chipset, etc. twice.

The GTX650's peak power is ~60W and the i5's peak power when not using the IGP will be around 50W too. Add 10W for a HDD, 5W for a SSD, 20W for fans, etc. and you get around 150W real output power.
