Will this laptop can play modern games at fluent fps?

i3-3120m
hd 8750m 2gb ddr3 (almost = gt 640m)
4gb ram
500gb hdd storage

..games like gta 4, battlefield 4, nfs rivals, etc.
...autocad, video editing, photoshop, etc.
*this laptop is only $450 (samsung)

no without spending a good deal on a laptop they can not keep up with modern titles. if you want to game get/build a desktop.( when do you need to game on the go anyway) i have a gaming laptop i got a few years ago for 1300 thats cant even keep up with modern games/

can play battlefield 4 on low settings at 720p or lower, so should handle the others to a similar extent, but for autocad and video editing you'll want a desktop or a very powerful laptop to do it really well / in good time.
