^that, and you have a dual core processor, 2 gigs of ram and (from that list) no graphics card. It is a very demanding game, and requires a lot to run it well. you're just meeting minimum requirements (assuming that you do have a slightly recent graphics card). what is the exact problem you're having?

Kindly be more specific about your problem. Is the frame rate very low? If so, as pointed out earlier, you have 1/4th the RAM, that is required to run this game fluidly, and a dual core processor, where a modern quad core is required.

If the game is not working at all then in the dxdiag report (a part of which you provided), a little farther below, there is "Display Devices", could you please provide the details from start to where it says "Driver Version".
