Bios resseting by itself

Hello there.From time to time when i turn off my PC normaly and after some period start it on again i get black screen where it says press F12 to continuo or F10 to go to setting which is teeling me that BIOS has been reseted.I know cuz my overlock is also reseted to defult.I dont know what is problem,why is motherboard doing that ? My motherboard is MSi z87-g45 GAMING.Thank's for helping.And yeah,i think it's good to meantion it that PC is almost new,got it like last month.Soo i am kindy troubled about if i can fix the problem by myself or shoud i returen it to service soo they can fix the problem.
 
Solution
The only reason why this should happen is that the battery on your MoBo is dead. Try to replace it and see what happens after that.
Also, you OC could cause some issues @ boot and after a few tries of failed startups the BIOS resets to default... (not every mobo does this)

I dont think it is OC cuz i run Aida like several times and it didn't show any problems.Hm...am gonna go and put default on OC if problems hapens again il know it's battery if not that it was OC.Thanks mate >)))
