Is CPU-Z correct or my lapto manufacturer . . . .My laptop is an Hp pavilion g6 1313ax . . HP says that they are having 4GB 13

Is CPU-Z correct or my lapto manufacturer . . . .My laptop is an Hp pavilion g6 1313ax . . HP says that they are having 4GB 1333mhz RAM. But when i checked the CPU-z it shows 800 which means i am having 1600mhz .RAM . . The problem now is that i want to upgrade RAM so which RAM should i get 1333mhz or 1600mhz . . . Btw my current RAM is hynix 4gb 2rx8 pc3-12800s-11-11-f3 model no.HMT351S6CFR8C-PB

PC3-12800 is indeed 1600 MHz. If the module you have has that written on it, you can safely add another 1600MHz SO-DIMM module.

Just don't mix voltages, as that can cause major instability. ;)

Thanx for fast reply i think that hp pavilion g6 1313ax is shipped with 1333mhz as well as 1600mhz . . Coz some people ase having 1333mhz. . Btw 12800s is printed on ram . . . Thanx . Solved
